FEDRA aims to support its members in creating projects related to EU programs in 6 main sectors with the help of a pool of thematic experts (see our experts) and develops a community of 20.0000 key regional players throughout Europe.
Objectives of the Young Regional Ambassador Initiative
The Young Regional Ambassadors (YRA) are regional-minded students or young professionals between the ages of 22 and 30 who are interested in interregional cooperation. They help FEDRA expanding its Community by gathering the name and contact person of the 50 key players of their region.
This initiative is also an opportunity for the ambassadors to develop their professional network and gain access to FEDRA’s Community, its communication tools, as well to gain concrete visibility at regional and European levels. In exchange, these young ambassadors will become FEDRA’s contact point in their region and simply have to communicate on FEDRA’s activities as well as being directly in contact with regional actors to support project implementation in their region.
An initiative to represent the regional and local levels
Is your region already represented? Don't worry, complete the form, and our Secretariat will offer you to become the representative of your city! Our Young Local Representatives (YLR) are FEDRA’s contact points in their city/town or commune to help it grow at the European level.
In order to promote their region, they work as a team with the Young Regional Ambassador and the other Young Local Rrepresentatives in their region with the task of highlighting the assets of their own city/ town or commune.
With the help of the YLR, FEDRA will be in a position to support local key actors' projects (from the private and public sector) and bring them closer to European initiatives and networks, such as efficiently identifying the suitable European funds opportunities or finding partners and/or business opportunities in other European regions.
